The Lehigh County Conservation District is carrying out a nature-based poster contest offered by the National Association of Conservation Districts. The 2024 poster contest theme is “May the Forest Be with You, Always.” This annual contest provides students the chance to have their art displayed as part of a national conservation outreach initiative.
Winning entries will be selected by the Lehigh County Conservation District Staff and Board, and prizes will be awarded for 1st place in each age group. Winners of each grade category will be sent to the state level for judging, and state winners will be sent to the national level.
Time spent in nature can benefit your mental, physical, and emotional health, and we are looking for visual representations of this concept from students in grades K-12. Please contact Laura Hopek, Environmental Educator, at LHopek@LehighConservation.org for RULES, TIPS, and REGISTRATION FORM!
