The Lehigh County Conservation District, in partnership with Lehigh County Authority and Penn State Extension, carried out a free workshop for homeowners October 20, 2022 on STORMWATER SOLUTIONS.

35 residents learned how their actions impact local water resources and how they can incorporate sustainable backyard solutions to improve the water quality of our watershed.

Participants received two native tree seedlings.

Participants learn about rain barrels, rain gardens, pervious pavers, and converting lawns to meadow.
